Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Azerbaijan Digital Wall website (the “Platform”) and orders for advertising areas on the wall. By using the site or submitting an order you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit orders.

The Platform is a digital wall of 1250 × 800 pixels (1,000,000 pixels). The wall is divided into blocks of 10 × 10 pixels, and each block can be ordered.

The customer places their logo in the chosen area and links it to their website. Links on the wall are advertising and are marked rel="sponsored" for search engines.

How revenue is shared (charity causes and percentages) is shown in the “Charity” section of the site.

To order, you select a free area and submit a logo, brand name, link and e-mail address. Each order gets a number in the format DW-000000.

• You pay right away when you submit the order, and the area is reserved for you at that moment.
• No one else can order a reserved area. Your logo appears on the wall once the order passes moderation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to use the logo.

One block (10 × 10 = 100 pixels) costs 1 AZN. The total is calculated from the number of blocks and shown before you submit the order.

The total is paid when you submit the order. The area appears on the wall once the content has passed moderation.

Every order is reviewed before it goes live. The Platform may reject an order that does not comply with the Content policy, stating the reason.

If a violation is found after publication (for example, the link leads to a harmful site or the logo infringes someone else's rights), the area may be taken off the wall.

An approved area stays on the wall for as long as the Platform operates.

To change your logo or link, write to info@digitalwall.az with your order number. Every change goes through moderation again. The size and position of an area cannot be changed later.

Your logo and brand name remain yours. By submitting an order you give the Platform a free, non-exclusive permission to display that logo on the wall, on the site and in the Platform's promotional materials (for example, an overall image of the wall).

The site's design, texts and software belong to the Platform and may not be copied without permission.

Links on the wall lead to third-party websites. The Platform is not responsible for their content, products or services.

The Platform works to keep the site available, but maintenance or unexpected failures may cause short interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

The Platform may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when they are published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
