Privacy policy

Azerbaijan Digital Wall takes the protection of your personal data seriously. In line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”, this policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

When you submit an order:

• brand name, link, logo and placement options (these are publicly visible on the wall);
• e-mail address (not shown on the wall);
• the IP address and browser information (user agent) the order was sent from, to prevent abuse.

When you use the site (anonymous statistics):

• pages viewed, language, and the domain of the site that referred you (for example, google.com);
• device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and country;
• steps such as selecting an area on the wall and opening or submitting the order form.

No name, e-mail or IP address is stored for statistics. A random identifier created in your browser is used instead (see the Cookie policy).

• to accept orders, confirm payment and publish areas on the wall;
• to contact you about your order;
• to prevent fraud and rule violations;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Data is shared only with parties needed to provide the service: our hosting provider, an e-mail service (for order e-mails), a payment provider (for payments) and public authorities where required by law.

Some logos on the wall are loaded from the advertiser's own server. In that case that server can see your IP address.

• Anonymous statistics events are deleted automatically after 180 days.
• Order data is kept while the area is on the wall and then for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Rejected or expired orders can be deleted sooner at your request.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the admin panel is limited to authorised staff, and all their actions are logged.

You can ask us to:

• give you access to the data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data (except where we must keep it by law);
• stop processing your data.

Send your request to info@digitalwall.az. We reply within 30 days.

Orders may only be placed by people aged 18 or over, or by organisations acting through them. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

This policy may be updated. We announce significant changes on the site.
